Role Description:  We're looking for an enthusiastic, client-focused Campaign Advisor to be the trusted face of our agency for franchise owners. You'll be responsible for a book of about 100 studio locations. You'll meet with each owner every month to walk through how their Meta and Google campaigns are performing, share updates, and teach owners and their staff how the campaigns and lead flow work, so they can turn more leads into members.

Expect about five client calls a day. Some days will have more and some fewer, but that's the typical pace.

This role is part strategist, part teacher, and part relationship builder. If you love explaining the "why" behind the numbers, building long-term client relationships, and turning happy clients into loyal advocates, you'll fit right in.

Responsiblities

• Manage a book of about 100 studio locations, holding about five client calls a day by video or phone.
• Lead monthly campaign review meetings with each franchise owner, covering performance, results, spend, and next steps.
• Turn Meta and Google Ads data into clear, plain-language insights that owners can act on.
• Teach owners and studio staff how the campaigns, lead forms, and follow-up process work, and share best practices for converting leads into booked intro classes and memberships.
• Act as the main point of contact for your clients by phone, email, and chat, and respond professionally and promptly.
• Answer questions about services, pricing, billing, and account support.
• Spot and fix client concerns early, before they become problems.
• Work with our media buyers and creative team to bring client feedback, promotions, and campaign changes back to them, so service stays seamless.
• Help onboard new studios and handle account updates and ongoing communication.
• Keep accurate client records, meeting notes, and data across our CRM and other platforms.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and keeping close attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, client success, customer service, or a related role. Agency or fitness industry experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads, or a strong interest in learning them. You should be comfortable discussing metrics like leads, cost per lead, and conversions.
• Excellent spoken, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to teach non-marketers.
• Confident and friendly on the phone and video calls.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• A proactive problem solver who takes ownership.
• Comfortable working with multiple software platforms and CRMs.
• Able to work independently while collaborating closely with a team.
• A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping small business owners succeed.

Compensation:

• $20-$22/HR with Bonus Opportunities.
