Clinical Manager, Behavioral Health (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT)

Serene Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to oversee behavioral health clinical operations in Illinois. The Clinical Manager will lead clinical staff, ensure compliance with standards, and improve patient outcomes. Additionally, this role includes providing operational support and conducting quality assurance audits. Duties can include seeing 15 clients a week through in-office and telehealth appointments, all aimed at providing high-quality patient care. Applicants must have a Master's degree and an active clinical license.
