Licensed Plumber (Residential and Commercial) | Top Pay, Take-Home Vehicle & Paid Health Insurance

$45-$55/hourly | Full-Time

West Mechanical is growing and looking for an experienced Licensed Plumber to join our team. We're a locally owned company with a reputation for quality workmanship, loyal customers, and employees who stick around because they're treated right.

You'll work independently, head straight from home to your jobs in a fully equipped company vehicle, and have the support of a team that's committed to your success.

What You'll Do

Every day brings a new challenge as you service residential and commercial plumbing systems.

Your work will include:

Installing and repairing water lines and plumbing systems
Servicing wells and well-house plumbing
Diagnosing and repairing leaks, fixtures, and drainage issues
Installing sinks, toilets, faucets, disposals, dishwashers, and other plumbing equipment
Performing inspections, maintenance, and system repairs
Providing professional, customer-focused service on every job
Following current plumbing codes and safety standards

What We're Looking For

Current Washington State 01 or 02 Plumbing License is required
At least four years of plumbing experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Working knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems
Familiarity with current plumbing codes
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Nice to Have:

Associate degree or technical education
