Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionJob Description: At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.At least 2 years of experience with Agile techniques like User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile GamesAt least 2 years of experience in software development methodologies and structured approaches to system development using Scrum methodology. At least 2 years of experience in Java/J2EE technologiesAt least 1 years of experience in other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc. Scrum Master Certification (CSM or PSM)Analytical and Communication skills Experience in Telecom Domain.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentQualificationsBasic Qualification:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of educationAt least 4 years of experience with Information TechnologyAdditional Information** U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
