Associate Attorney

Position: Associate Attorney - Insurance Defense We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our insurance defense team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury and property damage cases, with knowledge of product liability and professional liability being a plus. Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and analysis on insurance defense cases Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters Participate in case strategy meetings and provide recommendations Assist with trial preparation and support lead attorneys during trial Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to insurance defense Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admitted to practice law in the state where the position is located Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in insurance defense, specifically in personal injury and property damage cases Experience with product liability and professional liability cases is a plus Strong research and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously Willingness to travel for court appearances and client meetings as needed We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
