CDL B Local Route Driver

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced CDL B Local Route Driver to join our Operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a commercial vehicle to provide secure, on-time delivery and pick-up of confidential business files, and ensuring all physical handling requirements are met.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

Execute Daily Routes Drive an automatic 20ft - 26ft Box Truck and complete an average of 15+ stops per day to deliver and pick up confidential documents from various businesses, ensuring timely and accurate service.
Collaborate with Operations Work closely with dispatchers and operations teams to effectively manage your route, resolve unforeseen issues, and maintain high standards of customer service.
Ensure Compliance and Safety Maintain a good driving record, complete pre- and post-trip inspections, and follow all local labor laws and Iron Mountain's safety and regulatory standards, especially when handling confidential materials.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

1+ years of professional route driving experience utilizing a CDL B license.
Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle operation, DOT regulations, and local area routes.
Proven ability in safe driving practices, physically lifting, pulling, and pushing items weighing 50 lbs - 70 lbs, and providing excellent customer service.
Mandatory: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL B driver's license and a good driving record

Salary details: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience
Shifts: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - until route completion
