Communicate professionally via email, phone, and online chat. Research destinations, offers, and travel options to suit each client's needs and budget. Prepare personalized travel itineraries and simple proposals or quotes. Resolve booking questions and provide solutions quickly and efficiently. Maintain accurate client details and booking records. Attend optional virtual training sessions and stay up to date on travel trends and supplier promotions. What We Are Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
