Marketing and Communications CoordinatorDesign and distribute print and digital materials (flyers, newsletter, etc.)Retouch and manipulate imagesUse graphic design software and work with a wide variety of mediaAssemble presentation materials for CCL staff as neededManage social media sites to share information about CCL programmingEnsure proactive planning, communication and evaluation of Heritage eventsParticipate in planning committee meetings (draft agendas, take notes)Serves on CCL planning committees, in collaboration with The Village and TDUSProvides 7-8 hours a week of in-person office hoursPerforms other duties as requested, delegated, or assignedExperience with Canva, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and IllustratorGraphic design major/minor preferred or design portfolioExperience managing social media sites (Instagram, Facebook, Suitable)Experience with event planning and coordinationStrong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment and still meet deadlinesStrong verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and follow-up skillsDynamic self-starter who takes initiative, is highly reliable and dependableAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skills and proficient use of Microsoft office programs such as Word, Excel and Teams
