Accounting Manager

Accounting ManagerPrimary ResponsibilitiesThe Accounting Manager will review and complete analysis and reconciliation of the general ledger.Prepares monthly and quarterly analysis and participate in the yearly budget creation processMonth-end close entries, including but not limited to fixed assets, prepaid accounts, accruals, cost reclassifications, etcPrepares month-end bank and balance sheet reconciliations for all projects and accounts.Streamline processes, procedures and partner with leadership to drive change.Performs related duties as assignedMentor and lead a team of remote and local employeesProvide input for an upcoming implementationQualificationsBachelor's degree in AccountingCPA preferred5+ years of related experienceSolid month end close experiencePublic accounting experience OR strong technical accounting experience is preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to perform under tight deadlinesForward thinking, thriving in a fast paced and agile environmentCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 Per Year
