RWJBarnabas Health offers competitive compensation to physicians including:
Base salary with annual bonus potential for quality/performance metrics
RWJBarnabas Health Physicians also receive a robust benefits package including:

Budget for licensing, books, association fees, etc.
up to $10,000 for relocation for out-of-state physicians
Please note that current trainees can earn up to $24,000 with the residency stipend program if they choose to join RWJBH during the final year of residency!
Candidate Requirements:
Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
NJ Licensed or eligible for NJ License
