Job Description Chaparral Veterinary Medical Center is looking for a Small Animal Veterinarian to join our growing, collaborative team in Cave Creek. What You'll Do * Provide comprehensive care including exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning * Perform routine soft tissue surgeries (spays, neuters, mass removals), with the flexibility to incorporate additional surgeries based on your interests. * Deliver preventive care (wellness exams, vaccines, parasite prevention, nutrition guidance) * Interpret diagnostics (lab work, digital radiography, ultrasound) * Communicate clearly with clients about care plans and next steps * Collaborate with a strong team of technicians and support staff * Help foster a positive, team-oriented clinic culture Schedule, Compensation & Benefits * 4-day work week + rotating Saturdays * Base salary: $115,000-$140,000 (depending on experience) * Up to $10,000 signing bonus * Opportunity for production-based bonuses * Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, PTO, CE allowance, and more!
