Harmony Home and Respite Care

Job Description

We are currently seeking dependable and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) , Personal Care Aides (PCA) , or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. This role provides non-medical support to clients in their homes to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Schedule:

Daytime shifts available
Some weekend availability required

Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
Support with mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Light housekeeping including laundry and meal preparation
Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors
Follow personalized care plans and safety protocols
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Current HHA, PCA, or CNA certification (preferred but not required)
Previous experience in home care or similar role preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
CPR/First Aid Certification (a plus, but not required initially)
