Preschool Teacher

Ability School is seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team. We are looking for someone who loves working with young children and enjoys creating a nurturing environment where children can learn, explore, and use their imagination.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment.
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Observe and monitor student progress and communicate with parents.
• Maintain classroom records and materials.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff on school activities, events, and field trips.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience working with preschool-age children preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Patient, caring, creative, and dependable.
• Ability to connect with young children and make learning fun.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Experience tutoring or teaching math or other subjects is a plus.
