Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations to assess the mental health needs of patients, creating tailored treatment plans that align with their unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will primarily engage with hospice patients, as well as their families, navigating the challenges of end-of-life care. You will play a crucial role in addressing emotional and psychological needs while supporting clients through grief, loss, and complex decision-making processes. Your expertise will facilitate a safe space for clients to express feelings and work through their experiences during sensitive times.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work is required, along with an active LICSW license in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
