How You'll Make an Impact in This Role

• Provide specialized psychiatric support for patients aged 65+
• Evaluate patients' physical and mental health to create and update personalized care plans
• Work with a medical team to set goals and adjust treatments as patients progress
• Lead or co-lead group therapy sessions and carry out daily nursing interventions
• Track how patients respond to treatment and pivot the plan whenever their needs change

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• Previous RN experience.
• Previous Geriatric experience.
