What we do The Village Family Service Center is seeking a Clinician, who would like to join a strong team that is committed to empowering clients & families and their families. In addition to outpatient services, candidates for this position would have the opportunity to provide school based mental health services in the surrounding area. As a Clinician you will be required to have a Master's degree in the behavioral health field with a license (ex: LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP and will also accept LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT if working towards higher licensure); have the ability to complete diagnostic assessments that will define the client needs, risks and strengths, while also establishing strength-based treatment plans. It is also necessary to have an accepting non-judgmental attitude, strong clinical skills with the ability to provide direct clinical services to adults, couples, and families and, children by following and maintaining excellent case management standards. Pay Range Non fully licensed Clinicians starting at $56,000 plus incentive pay and fully licensed Clinicians starting at $61,000 plus incentive pay. Salary range is dependent on experience and licensure. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual bonuses available to qualified staff for meeting productivity goals.
