Regional Director Of OperationsThe Regional Director Of Operations manages a region of Senior Living Communities. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of assigned communities within your cluster. In addition to overseeing community operations, the Regional Director Of Operations is responsible for innovating and implementing processes and procedures to enhance the development of talent and systems in their assigned cluster.Responsibilities:Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures within the communitiesProvides training and support to all team members and promotes quality care and independence for residents. Conducts field audits at the communities within the regionResponsible for setting goals and objectives for operations and sales functions within the regionLead regional team training sessions focusing on operations, sales and marketing.Job Requirements:A minimum of five years of experience in an operations leadership roleFive years of multi-site leadership experience in the senior living industryDemonstrated, successful operations experience to independent, assisted, Alzheimer's, CCRC communities or related fieldsMust have a valid license to operate an assisted living facility, if mandated by the State in which the community is locatedBachelor DegreeFinancial acumen and budget management experienceExceptional problem solving and time management skillsThe ability to travel extensively within the regionExperience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing independent living communitiesA minimum of three years of sales and marketing experience/leadership in Senior Living or the Hospitality IndustryPossess exceptional communication skillsExhibit strong organizational capabilitiesDemonstrate empathy and good listening skillsRemain flexible and adaptableExpress compassion for residents
