Volvo Cars Santa Monica is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join our growing team. If you have a proven track record in automotive sales, dealership sales, internet sales, or another commission-based sales environment , this is an opportunity to represent one of the world's most respected automotive brands. We're looking for a motivated professional who knows how to build relationships, work internet leads, set appointments, close deals, and deliver a premium customer experience from first contact through delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries Build relationships and identify customer needs Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and test drives Guide customers through the complete sales process Present pricing, financing, and lease options Follow up consistently through calls, texts, and email Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM Generate repeat and referral business through exceptional service Work toward and exceed monthly sales and CSI goals

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven success in a commission-based sales environment Experience working internet leads and CRM systems Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Highly motivated and goal-oriented Professional presentation and customer-first approach Ability to build genuine, long-term customer relationships Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment Bilingual skills are a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
