About the Role
The Company is seeking a Dean for its School of Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and vision to the school, fostering a culture of academic excellence, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education that meets the needs of students and the business community. The Dean will oversee the development and implementation of innovative academic programs, lead faculty in research and scholarly activities, and promote the school's engagement with industry and professional organizations. Additionally, the Dean will be tasked with managing the school's budget, resources, and staff, and will serve as a key representative of the school both internally and externally. Applicants for the Dean position at the company's School of Business should have a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field, with a strong academic background and a record of scholarly achievement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in academic leadership, including experience in program development, faculty management, and budgetary oversight. A deep understanding of the business education landscape and the ability to build and maintain relationships with industry partners are essential. The Dean should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the academic environment.
