Clockwork.ai is the AI-powered FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) solution redefining modern business. Our standalone platform delivers sophisticated AI modeling with zero delays, no implementation, no specialized teams - just industry-transforming results. We're helping founders and finance leaders thrive by giving them the tools they need to make confident financial decisions.

2025 has been our most successful year yet, we're looking to expand our team with our first digital marketing hire.

The Role: We're hiring a Digital Marketer to own and scale our digital programs. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this is a hands-on role that will require creativity and experimentation. You'll work across performance and partner marketing, content, SEO, marketing automation, and website optimization to drive demand and revenue.

This is an opportunity to be one of the first marketing hires at a fast-growing startup, and to help shape Clockwork's voice and prospect journey from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

Build and optimize demand gen campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and retargeting
Manage and optimize the website for performance and conversion
Own and execute our SEO and content plan (you don't need to write it all, but you should be ready to plan what content will move the needle)
Run and expand our partner webinar program
Manage and optimize our nurture programs and automation via HubSpot

About You:

5-7 years of experience in a B2B SaaS or startup environment
Hands-on experience running paid campaigns, managing SEO efforts, and owning marketing automation tools (HubSpot strongly preferred)
Strong analytical skills; you're data-driven and know how to turn insights into action
A strong communicator who enjoys thinking through how to connect with prospects and crafting the Clockwork story
Curious, scrappy, and excited to build from the ground up
Not afraid to experiment and eager to test, learn, and iterate quickly
