HVAC Installation Scheduling Coordinator – On-Site

You're the person who notices when something might fall through the cracks, and you fix it before it does. As an HVAC Installation Scheduling Coordinator , you'll keep residential installations moving from the time a job is sold through completion. You'll coordinate customers, installers, sales, logistics, and leadership while solving problems and keeping the details on track.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage daily HVAC installation schedules.
• Communicate with customers and resolve scheduling or installation concerns.
• Coordinate with installers, supervisors, sales, logistics, and support teams.
• Manage customer records, paperwork, permits, and payments.
• Monitor permits and customer balances.
• Assist with installer schedules, time-off requests, Saturday availability, and payroll verification.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling and operational processes.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation, approximately one week every two months .

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage changing priorities
• Strong computer skills
• Professional, customer-focused approach
• Reliable follow-through and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• 1–3 years of customer service, scheduling, operations, or administrative experience
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• HVAC, home services, construction, or scheduling experience

No HVAC experience? No problem. We'll train you on our systems, processes, and industry.
