Assistant Public Defender - City Court Criminal Defense

The City of Tucson is seeking an Assistant Public Defender to provide legal representation for indigent clients. Responsibilities include preparing cases for trial, defending clients in City Court, and advising on legal consequences of prosecution. Ideal candidates will have a Juris Doctorate, experience in criminal litigation, and be a member of the Arizona State Bar Association.
