Practice Info
- Hospital-employed or 1099 contractor model available
- Join a stable team of 3 full-time physicians
- 9,600 annual visits
- Low-acuity environment with predominantly adult & geriatric patients, no OB program, and low psych volume
- Cerner EMR utilized
- 15-bed private ED, renovated in 2012 with a trauma bay, psych bay, and ante room
- Hospital-owned & operated EMS system with seamless communication and Survival Flight EMS in place
- Tele-psych (24/7), tele-stroke, and pediatric telemedicine (2 telerobots) available
- Hospitalist program typically writes all admits, with an average inpatient census of 6–12
- Local specialty support includes Cardiology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, GI, and Podiatry
Compensation
- $220/hr (employed model)
- $275/hr (1099 model)
- Sign-on bonus
- $5,000 CME stipend
