Sales Consultant Part-Time

Pay Base pay range: $40,000.00/yr - $64,000.00/yr What You Will Be Doing As a part-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will help create the ultimate in-store experience using your talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills. Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals. Work with peers and store leaders to serve customers and provide resolutions to issues. Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service. Create personal connections with guests to make tech easy to understand. Foster a competitive drive and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Assist with merchandising and operational functions. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods (November through December). At least 18 years of age. Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 10 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Training Requirements All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. The class may require overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online training will be required throughout employment. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days are provided. Employees accrue paid time off and may be entitled to paid sick leave under applicable state law.
