Line Cook Position
Looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team.
Cook III Requirements:
• Minimum two years working in fine dining, high-volume experience
• Ability to multi-task & maintain poise and a sense of humor amidst a fast paced and demanding environment
• Ability to think quick on their feet and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Standing and walking eight-hour shifts.
• Required, and must have open availability, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain condition and cleanliness of work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must have a current food handler's card
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and or carry up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language in order to communicate with employees.
• Ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests, handling multiple tasks quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to stand and move throughout continuously to perform essential job functions.
• Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
• Must be available to work overnight shifts.
• Must be able to represent the company in a professional, well-groomed and courteous manner.
Please note that you will have to work at least two nights on the GRAVEYARD SHIFT.
