As one of the nation's largest privately owned multifamily housing companies, we provide the stability, resources, and career growth to help you succeed.What You'll Do:As Property Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and overall success of the community while leading and developing your onsite team.Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, and rental revenueImprove property performance by controlling expenses and increasing NOIManage delinquency and collections while maintaining strong resident relationshipsLead, coach, and develop onsite team membersDeliver exceptional customer service and resident retentionOversee maintenance, unit turns, inspections, and work ordersMaintain accurate reports, budgets, invoices, leases, and property filesMonitor marketing and keep online listings current and effectiveConduct budget reviews and operate within established financial goalsEnsure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and applicable regulationsBuild a positive team culture focused on performance and resident satisfactionWe're Looking For:2+ years of multifamily property management experiencePrevious onsite leadership or supervisory experience preferredWorking knowledge of Yardi or similar property management softwareStrong understanding of leasing, budgeting, collections, resident relations, and maintenance coordinationKnowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management best practicesStrong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detailHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to work Monday – Friday from 8AM – 5PMWhy Join Monarch?Monarch Investment and Management Group has been family-owned since 1992 and continues to grow because we invest in our associates just as much as our communities.
