This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, developing relationships, and gaining hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, and leadership development .

No prior experience is required — we provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit campaigns through professional face-to-face marketing and community outreach
• Engage with customers and community members to increase awareness and support for client initiatives
• Build strong relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service
• Learn and execute proven marketing and sales strategies
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development programs
• Track campaign progress and contribute to achieving team goals
• Collaborate with team members in a positive, competitive, and growth-focused environment
• Develop leadership skills through hands-on experience and mentorship
