As they continue to expand, they're seeking a Staff Product Designer to play a key role in defining product strategy, design excellence, and the future direction of AI-enabled user experiences across a complex and evolving product ecosystem. This is an opportunity to influence products operating at significant scale while helping establish the design principles, systems, and interaction patterns that will shape the next generation of intelligent software. The Opportunity As a Staff Product Designer, you'll help define the overall user experience vision across multiple products, platforms, and customer touchpoints. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and senior leadership teams, you'll create elegant, intuitive experiences that simplify complex workflows and enable users to achieve more with less effort. You'll play a leading role in establishing scalable design frameworks, improving consistency across products, and exploring emerging interaction models made possible by advances in AI and automation. What You'll Be Doing Define and evolve product experience standards across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. Lead the development and expansion of a scalable Design System and shared design language. Design innovative user experiences that incorporate AI, automation, intelligent workflows, and adaptive interfaces. Drive interaction design, information architecture, and end-to-end customer journey strategy. Create high-fidelity concepts, prototypes, and detailed specifications that support exceptional execution. Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to shape roadmap priorities and product direction. Establish best practices and processes that enable high-performing distributed teams. Champion user-centred design while balancing business goals, customer needs, and technical realities. Act as a design leader and mentor, raising the quality bar across the wider product organisation. What We're Looking For 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline. Strong portfolio demonstrating the successful delivery of complex digital products. Experience building and scaling Design Systems across multiple platforms. Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and workflow design. Experience designing AI-enabled products, intelligent assistants, automation tools, or complex software platforms. Strong product thinking and the ability to translate ambiguous challenges into intuitive user experiences. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
