Role Description The Associate Attorney will work full time on-site in Ripon, WI, providing legal counsel and representation to clients under the supervision of senior attorneys. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, preparing case strategies, and participating in negotiations and client meetings. The role involves analyzing labor and employment issues, offering legal advice across relevant practice areas, and managing a caseload in a timely and organized manner. The Associate Attorney will collaborate with colleagues, maintain accurate records, and support the firm’s commitment to effective, client-focused legal solutions. Qualifications Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret statutes, regulations, and case law. Experience or coursework in Labor and Employment Law, including workplace compliance and dispute resolution. Ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice tailored to diverse client needs. Proficient in legal Research, including use of legal databases and preparation of memoranda. Effective Negotiation skills for resolving disputes and advocating for client interests. Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar admission (or eligibility for admission) in Wisconsin. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organization.
