If you’re nodding along, you could be our next Continuous Metal Roll-Forming Process Technician in Rossville, GA.
What Will You Do?- Set up & operate: Prepare and run roll forming equipment to produce metal components that match specifications.
- Monitor & adjust: Watch the process closely, making precise tweaks to hold tolerances and keep efficiency high.
- Maintain & troubleshoot: Perform routine maintenance and resolve mechanical issues quickly.
- Inspect & verify: Use precision tools to confirm part quality against blueprints.
- Keep it safe & clean: Follow safety protocols and maintain an orderly workcell.
- Team & timing: Collaborate to meet output targets and deadlines; log production data and alert supervisors to any concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical manufacturing coursework is a plus.
- Experience as a Roll Form Operator or similar machine operator preferred.
- Required: Proficiency with calipers and a tape measure.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a dedication to quality.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety practices and regulations.
- Visual and Hearing: Must be able to see with corrective eyewear, and hear clearly with assistance while wearing hearing protection.
