Client Support Liaison

Description CMC:Berkshires (CMCB) is a private 15-bed residential treatment center located on 200 acres in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. CMCB is currently hiring Client Support Liaisons for various shifts. *Weekends shifts are eligible for a $5 hourly shift differential in addition to regular hourly rate Client Support Liaisons act as a dedicated intermediary for our in-house clients to ensure smooth navigation, address concerns, and improve the overall client experience. Starting wage $22/hour + $5/hour shift differential for eligible shifts. Potential for promotion to Senior level after 9 months.
