Duties & Responsibilities Transformative Member Engagement: Ignite change through dynamic 1:1 consultation and coaching sessions, employing motivational interviewing skills to build powerful, therapeutic connections. Empowering Health Assessment: Elevate members' wellness journeys with vibrant, advanced health assessments, offering guidance and education that sparks lasting transformations. Holistic Care and Impactful Management: Deliver standout routine care, blending standardized procedures with personalized touches, including physical examinations and screenings. Follow-up Excellence and Precision Documentation: Bring excitement to every member follow-up, ensuring meticulous, focused documentation that reflects their unique progress and needs. Qualifications And Requirements California licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program. DEA Registration Certificate. OIG Clearance and NPI number Must be able to meet and receive a background check to include criminal records clearance. These qualifications are essential to ensure compliance with state regulations and to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and patient care.
