Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 13–26 Week Assignment | 4x10 schedule available; must be available for 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to a diverse patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using Raintree EMR
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
• Maintain compliance with clinic productivity standards and scheduling requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts or ability to obtain prior to start
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting
• New graduates are not eligible for this position
• Ability to commit to a 40-hour guaranteed work week
• Availability for evening hours up to 7:00 PM at least 2 days per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Raintree EMR system
• Strong background in outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal physical therapy
