Family Law Attorney

A well-established and growing family law practice is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its team. We are looking for a motivated, self-sufficient attorney who can hit the ground running, manage matters independently, and provide exceptional advocacy for clients. Qualification 5+ years of matrimonial and family law experience Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills Ability to independently manage a caseload with minimal supervision Experience handling hearings, conferences, motions, and client counseling Admission to the New York Bar in good standing What You'll Do Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, and other family law matters Appear regularly in court and advocate on behalf of clients Manage cases from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Maintain direct client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel Discretionary Bonus Opportunity Billable Requirement : 1,600 hours annually Primarily on- site position in Westchester County Opportunity to join a collaborative, client-focused family law practice Immediate responsibility and meaningful courtroom exposure #J-18808-Ljbffr
