We’re growing and looking for a Medical Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. What You’ll Do Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression. Manage patient scheduling and keep clinic operations running smoothly. Answer phones, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and a smile in your voice. Maintain organized patient records and assist with insurance/billing processes. Work closely with providers and medical staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience. Keep the front office clean, inviting, and patient-ready every day. Rotate primarily between our Marietta and Cumming clinics with support at our other clinics as needed. Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred to serve our community better. Comfortable with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems.
