Responsibilities Title: Occupational Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy. You address the whole patient, design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence. You adapt to patient needs and enjoy the variety of work settings. As a teammate, you collaborate with peers and refer patients for additional care. You train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
