AMLI Residential is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at AMLI Evanston , a luxury apartment community located in Evanston, just steps from shopping, dining, entertainment, and public transportation.

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the first impression of our community, helping prospective residents find a home while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

Every day is different as you connect with prospects, showcase our luxury community, and help create a positive resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized apartment tours and highlight community amenities and features
• Build relationships with prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process
• Respond promptly to phone, email, text, and online inquiries
• Convert leads into leases while achieving occupancy and sales goals
• Prepare lease agreements and complete leasing documentation accurately
• Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Support resident events and community engagement activities
• Maintain accurate records within property management software
• Collaborate with onsite team members to provide exceptional service

Compensation & Benefits

Pay

• $21 an hour plus
• Leasing commissions and performance incentives

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Availability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional, energetic, and positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a sales-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Apartment leasing, property management, or multifamily housing experience or
• Retail sales, hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or customer-facing experience
