Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Healthcare IT and a proven track record in program management and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience in the field, with a deep understanding of healthcare strategy as a deal breaker skill. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of healthcare IT programs while maintaining governance and compliance standards. Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple healthcare IT programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies. Develop and implement program governance frameworks to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, IT teams, and executive leadership, to ensure program success. Facilitate program planning sessions, risk assessments, and resource allocation to optimize program delivery. Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Identify and mitigate risks associated with program delivery, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing program outcomes and implementing best practices. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure integration of healthcare IT solutions into existing workflows. Mandatory Skills: Extensive experience in program management within the healthcare IT sector. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels. Proven expertise in healthcare strategy development and execution. Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and governance frameworks. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Familiarity with healthcare data analytics and reporting tools. Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and interoperability standards. Certification in project management (PMP, PgMP) or program management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master‿s degree preferred. 15+ years of experience in program management, specifically within the healthcare IT domain.
