Call Center Associate Location: Oklahoma City, OK Industry: Mortgage Servicing Pay: $17.50-$18.50/hour (depending on experience) Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with our client, a leading financial services organization, to hire a Call Center Associate. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and providing support during important financial situations. Job Description: The Call Center Associate is responsible for assisting customers with account concerns and discussing available payment assistance options. This position combines customer service, relationship building, and solution-oriented communication to help customers navigate financial challenges. Team members will also receive training on additional support functions to expand their knowledge and career opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding account assistance. Educate customers on available payment solutions and relief programs. Gather and review account information to identify appropriate options. Demonstrate empathy and professionalism while assisting customers through sensitive situations. Utilize strong communication skills to guide customers toward beneficial solutions. Accurately document conversations and maintain detailed account records. Meet quality, productivity, and customer service expectations. Participate in ongoing training and cross-functional learning opportunities. Qualifications: Previous call center, customer service, collections, banking, or financial services experience preferred. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to remain professional and empathetic during difficult conversations. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional Details: Full-time position with paid training.
