Manufacturing Floor Tech Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift ( Sunday through Wednesday from 06:00pm to 04:30am )

•Operate and monitor production machines to maintain production and quality requirements.•Perform maintenance and repairs as needed, including troubleshooting production equipment.•Make approved machine adjustments and identify mechanical or operational problems.•Perform die/mold changes using an overhead crane after proper training and authorization.•Check production chemicals and perform chemical container changeouts using a forklift.•Complete routine machine, equipment, and process inspections.•Perform regular cleaning and 2S to keep machines, equipment, and production areas clean and organized.

Manufacturing Floor Tech Operator Qualifications:

• Dependable attendance and punctuality are a must. • Ability to learn, retain training, and follow directions without needing repeated instruction. • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. • Ability to perform routine responsibilities independently after training. • Willingness to stay productive, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities. • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete paperwork. • Ability to work well with other employees and Team Leader & Management. • Ability to perform physical manufacturing work, including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and repetitive tasks. • Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
