\n \nDiscover International is currently hiring for a Senior/Lead/Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our winning team. In this role, you will work with small and large biotech and pharma companies in a dedicated sector. This is a full desk, 360 position with room for growth into leading a team. This is a Hybrid position in our office in Brickell, Miami.
\n \nFunctions of the Role:
\n• Fully support both clients and candidates
\n• Identify new Business Opportunities with Life Science Clients Nationwide. (Business Development) • Identify highly qualified candidates for specialized positions
\n• Oversee the complete interview cycle between clients and candidates
\n• Maintain relationships with candidates after placing them in a new position
\n \nSkills We Look For
\n• A thirst for sales (cold and warm calling, pitching, negotiating)
\n• Excellent communication, networking, and phone skills
\n• Highly ambitious, competitive, and motivated
\n• A strong background in 360 recruitment (with strong Billing numbers)
\n• Very resilient and money hungry mindset
