Job Description As a Security Officer Spanish Speaking Patrol in Santa Teresa, NM , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.25 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at an automotive manufacturing location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility interior, exterior, parking areas, perimeter, and designated access points to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access in accordance with site procedures, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery information as required. Report unusual conditions, property damage, access-control concerns, and other security-related observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
