Business Development Executive (BDE)

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by focusing on building relationships with new customers, particularly those with zero spend with INDG.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop territory, marketing, and growth strategies for prospects within the designated region of the United States capitalizing on trends impacting certain sectors.
• Identify prospects with zero INDG spend and prioritize outreach efforts accordingly.
• Plan weekly call lists and maintain prospect lists within defined territory(ies).
• Uncover, qualify, and identify strategic level pains, business initiatives, and drivers for potential customers.
• Build a customer relationship map, identifying decision-makers, influencers, coaches, and detractors within target organizations.
• Generate referrals for adjacent sales divisions within INDG.
• Prioritize and nurture leads, reviewing overall territory, marketing, and growth strategies regularly.

• Perseverance and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Creative solutioning and sales tactics to overcome obstacles.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for successful deal closure.
• Highly skilled with Salesforce in both practical application and commitment to Salesforce hygiene.
• Ability to accurately stage, forecast and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree with coursework in business, marketing, sales or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of successful sales experience in a business environment, comparable to Bloomberg Industry Group.
• Knowledge of assigned market (e.g. law firms, tax & accounting, corporations) preferred.

Compensation Range:

$110,000.00

You will also participate in the Sales Incentive Program, which pays out incentives based on exceeding sales targets.
