Job Description Project Management: Support the management of residential construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Schedule Management: Assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities Team Leadership: Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment Safety Compliance: Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality assurance checks Documentation: Document and report on jobsite activity including safety incidents, delays, or design concerns Quality Control: Support continuous improvement initiatives and professional development efforts MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
