Our Panel Foamer position is responsible for setting up panels and materials in jigs to prep for panel foaming at our Soft Rail facility.Responsibilities:Foaming standard, stock and custom panelsSelect correct metal for panelsAccurately apply proper materials to panels in metal prepAccurately set up jigs for panel foamingKeep proper records of panels produced as requiredClean excess foam/material off panel and inspect for proper alignment and any defectsOther duties as assignedQualifications:Must understand & be able to follow ALL safe operating procedures & requirementsAbility to use small hand tools efficiently and safelyAbility to read blue printsAbility to read a tape measureAbility to accurately figure shot timesAbility to operate all foam jigs efficientlyAbility to communicate in a team setting and be a team playerEssential Functions:Ability to lift 50-75 lbs., plus on a continual basis.Ability to reach overhead and/or above shoulder height frequently.Ability to stand for long periods of time.Ability to use repetitive motions.Ability to be on time and at work on a daily basis.BENEFITS PACKAGESo, what do you get out of working at Leer, Inc. beyond a friendly work environment and the best teammates around?
