Education Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Job Duties

• Pack products according to customer specifications and quality standards
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Assemble kits and packaged products as needed
• Apply shipping labels and documentation accurately
• Inspect products for quality, damage, or missing items
• Verify order quantities and shipment accuracy
• Perform shrink wrapping and packaging tasks
• Prepare products for loading and transportation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures
• Work with team members to meet daily goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Packing Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
