- Admissions Coordinator
- Rocket City Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, AL
- Oversee the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry through to patient admission, ensuring a smooth and compassionate transition for both patients and their families.
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative staff to collect and verify patient information and documentation.
- Conduct tours and provide detailed information about our facility and services to prospective residents and their families, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date admission records, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to promote Venza Care's services.
- Provide excellent customer service and support during the admission process, ensuring all aspects are handled with care and professionalism.
- Proven experience in admissions coordination or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to offer compassion and support to patients and their families.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards related to admissions is preferred.
