The Insulation Foreman leads a small crew of 1-3 workers, overseeing the installation of cellulose, sprayfoam, and fiberglass insulation on mixed project types. This role involves direct crew supervision at a single job site, ensuring quality workmanship using newer equipment. While previous experience is preferred, on-the-job training is provided, making it suitable for candidates with general construction knowledge and basic mechanical skills. The foreman reports to the project manager and is responsible for maintaining consistent work with nightly home returns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small insulation crew on-site
• Install cellulose, sprayfoam, and fiberglass insulation efficiently
• Operate newer insulation equipment safely and effectively
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
• Coordinate workflow to maintain consistent productivity
• Report progress and issues to the project manager

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cellulose, sprayfoam, and fiberglass insulation
• Strong construction knowledge
• Demonstrated crew leadership skills
• Proficient in operating insulation equipment
