Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Litigation Paralegal to join its Labor & Employment Practice Group in the San Diego office. This position will support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, from case inception through trial, involving a broad range of labor and employment matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative legal environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support attorneys with all phases of labor and employment litigation.
• Assist with case management from initial intake through trial.
• Prepare and organize pleadings, discovery, exhibits, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Assist with discovery requests, responses, document review, and production.
• Coordinate case deadlines, calendars, filings, and litigation schedules.
• Organize and maintain case files and documents.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness materials, and trial binders.
• Conduct legal and factual research as requested.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals.
• Handle multiple cases and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications include:

• Prior experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably within a labor & employment practice.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and case management.
• Experience supporting cases from inception through trial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
• Proficiency with legal technology, document management systems, and Microsoft Office.
