Sourcing Analyst

Columbus, OH – must be local to market, 100% onsite role

6+ months contract to hire

W2 Rate - $58-60/hr – NO 1099 NO CTC NO THIRD PARTY

This person owns sourcing events and supplier relationships, balancing cost, schedule, and risk.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or sourcing roles with exposure to sourcing events, supplier management, and commercial execution.
• Experience creating purchase orders (POs), processing requisitions, maintaining vendor records, and managing end-to-end procurement transactions in high-volume environments.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting for sourcing and supplier performance tracking.
• Hands-on experience with procurement and ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, or similar tools for sourcing, contracting, and vendor management.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with ability to work with large datasets, perform total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, support RFQs/RFPs, and assist in supplier evaluation and contract execution.
